Helpdesk (Bahasa Malaysia & English)
Responsibilities
* To support the contractual service level in the achievement of prompt response, high level
customer service and technical first contact support.
* Clearly articulate customer requirements and interface with a variety of service provider
groups.
* On phone online system diagnostics and troubleshooting
* Liaising with Service Provider and external vendors/partners
* Respond to customers enquiries both via Telephone and via emails.
Requirements:
* Certificate / Diploma in IT related courses and/or relevant experience in Information
Technology service delivery.
* Experience working in Help Desk or Customer Service Support environment is an added
advantage.
* Excellent and effective communication (written and oral), telephone and listening skills.
* Strong command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Other languages would be a bonus)
* Able to work under pressure and strict parameters..
* Can work independently without much supervision.
